Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the questions our admissions team hears most often. If your question is not covered, please contact us directly.

Do I need prior trading experience to enroll?
No. Our Trading Foundations and Risk & Money Management programs are designed specifically for students with little to no prior market experience. Our intermediate and advanced tracks assume familiarity with basic order mechanics and chart reading, which you will acquire in the foundations course.
How are cohorts structured?
Every cohort combines live weekly sessions (usually two hours), recorded lecture material you can revisit at any time, and one-on-one mentor reviews of your trading journal. Cohort sizes are capped at 18 students to preserve mentor availability.
Is the instruction online, in-person, or both?
Both. All programs are delivered in a blended format. Students in the New York metropolitan area can attend live sessions at our Park Avenue South training floor. Remote students join identical sessions over video with full participation and recording access.
What brokerage platform does the curriculum use?
Our exercises are broker-agnostic. We demonstrate on several common US and international platforms and discuss execution differences across venues including alpaca (alpaca markets). Students may choose any regulated broker for their own live or paper trading.
Do you guarantee trading profits?
Absolutely not. Any school that promises profits is misleading you. Trading is a skill that can be taught, but market outcomes depend on execution, discipline, and factors outside any curriculum. Our Terms of Use and the risk disclosure in our footer explain this clearly.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Most of our programs offer a three-payment or six-payment plan at no interest. Details are provided during the admissions conversation after you submit a contact form.
Is there a certificate of completion?
Yes. Students who complete all coursework, submit the required trade reviews, and pass the final strategy presentation receive a Vuahatdieu Academy completion certificate.
What if I fall behind?
You will not fall permanently behind. Every cohort records all live sessions, instructors hold weekly office hours, and you may repeat any single module in a later cohort at no additional cost within twelve months.
How do I know which course to start with?
Book a free fifteen-minute admissions call from our Contact page. Our team will ask about your background, goals, and time availability, then recommend the right starting program.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within the first seven days of the cohort start, provided you have completed no more than the first module. Partial refunds thereafter on a case-by-case basis. Full policy is in our Terms of Use.
