By accessing or using vuahatdieu.com (the "Site") or enrolling in any course or service offered by Vuahatdieu Trading Academy ("Vuahatdieu," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree you must not use the Site or services.
2. Educational nature of services
All content published on the Site and delivered through our courses is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site or in any course constitutes investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation of any specific security, strategy, or financial product. Vuahatdieu is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor.
3. Risk disclosure and disclaimer
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. The value of securities, derivatives, futures, and other financial instruments can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. 4. Enrollment, payment, and refunds
Course tuition is payable in full or in approved installments as disclosed at the time of enrollment. You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your cohort start date provided you have completed no more than the first module. Refund requests after that window are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be partial.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and the design, selection, and arrangement of such content, is owned by Vuahatdieu or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. User conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (d) share your course access credentials with any third party; (e) record, redistribute, or resell course content.
7. Third-party links and references
The Site may contain references to or links to third-party services, including brokerage platforms such as alpaca markets. These references are provided for educational illustration only. Vuahatdieu is not affiliated with any such third party and is not responsible for their content, practices, or products. You access third-party services at your own risk.
8. No warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VUAHATDIEU AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vuahatdieu harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
